Europe Union and Rest of the World – Shipping is free from the minimum shopping value of 250€

Delivery time varies according to the country, per the following conditions:

Mainland Portugal: 1-3 business days – Free shipping
Portugal – Madeira Island and Azores archipelago: 6-15 business days – Free shipping
Countries in UE: 1-6 business days – from €8.50
Other countries: 1-12 business days – from €22.50
Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return items up to 15 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, you can ask for a refund of the value of your returned items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return or exchange the product you will have to place a new order.

Send us proof of payment to talk.to.us@machicostore.com with the order number and the items you wish to return or exchange using the reference of the new products you wish to receive.

If the product is not available, a Gift Card will be issued with its value. This does not include any value related to shipping or return, which will be responsibility of the customer.
