Machico Store is an independent brand offering products inspired by nature, adventure and mindful living. All items are designed with attention to detail, long-lasting quality and a conscious, seasonless approach.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen settings or manual production, slight variations may occur. Machico Store reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice. We accept secure payment methods made available at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Machico Store ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location and order value:
Portugal Mainland, Madeira & Azores:
– Free shipping
Delivery: 1–3 business days (Mainland)
Delivery: 6–15 business days (Madeira & Azores)
European Union Countries:
– Free shipping for orders over 250€
– Orders below 250€: from 8.50€
Delivery: 1–6 business days
Rest of the World:
– Free shipping for orders over 250€
– Orders below 250€: from 22.50€
Delivery: 1–12 business days
Shipping costs do not include duties or customs charges, which may apply to orders shipped outside the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
**Important:**
Machico Store is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, customs processing, natural events, air/ground transportation delays or carrier disruptions.
5. Returns & Exchanges
You may return any item within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, you may request a refund for the returned item(s). To exchange a product, you must place a new order.
To start a return or exchange, please email talk.to.us@machicostore.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reference for any new item(s) you wish to receive.
If the requested item is unavailable, a Gift Card will be issued for the value of the returned item(s). Shipping and return costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs:
– Mainland Portugal: 3€
– Madeira & Azores: 7€
– EU Countries: 25€
– Other Countries: 40€
