Mainland Portugal: 1–3 business days
Madeira & Azores: 6–15 business days
European Union: 1–6 business days
Rest of the World: 1–12 business days
Mainland Portugal, Madeira & Azores: Free
European Union: From €8.50 (Free on orders over €250)
Rest of the World: From €22.50 (Free on orders over €250)
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to additional duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Machico is not responsible for delays due to external factors such as customs processes, strikes, natural events or carrier transfers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes. You have 15 days after purchase to return an item, as long as it’s unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Email us at talk.to.us@machicostore.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the items to return or exchange.
- For exchanges, place a new order with the desired items.
- If the item is unavailable, a Gift Card will be issued for its value (shipping and return costs excluded).
Return/exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility:

• EU Countries: €25
• Rest of the World: €40
