Machico Store is an independent brand offering products inspired by nature, adventure and mindful living. All items are designed with attention to detail, long-lasting quality and a conscious, seasonless approach.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen settings or manual production, slight variations may occur. Machico Store reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Lifestyle Products combines Machico Shirts with partner products, as a result of a criterious selection of brands that share our quality and our inspiration. The information, deliver and warranty is entirely on the partner.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice. We accept secure payment methods made available at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

Except if mentioned otherwise, you will always receive your lifestyle products, from different providers.

Machico Store is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, customs processing, natural events, air/ground transportation delays or carrier disruptions.
a. ALGARVE REFLECTIONS – MATHIAS EXPLORES
Introduction
Thank you for your interest in the Algarve Reflections Pack. This exclusive collaboration between Machico and adventure photographer Mathias Fernandes (@mathias.explores) combines the spirit of our Armona Shirt with a personalized creative experience designed to capture your most authentic moments under the Algarve sun.
If you have any questions related to your purchase, you can contact talk.to.us@machicostore.com. For specific session planning, you will be in direct contact with the photographer.
Purpose
This document regulates the terms and conditions regarding the photography services provided by Mathias Fernandes as part of the Algarve Reflections Pack purchased through www.machicostore.com.
The Experience
Unlike a traditional photoshoot, this is a collaborative creative session. Mathias’s work is focused on travel, adventure, and emotional response. Each session is tailor-made, moving away from forced poses to prioritize spontaneity, life, and authenticity.
How to Book & Process
- Purchase the Pack: Select the Algarve Reflections PACK (Armona Shirt + Photography Voucher) on our website.
- Initial Contact: Once you have your voucher, contact Mathias Fernandes via Instagram (@mathias.explores) or email to share the type of session you envision.
- Reservation & Deposit: To officially secure your date, a 50% deposit of the photography service fee is required. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable as it guarantees the photographer's availability.
- Creative Brief & Mood Board: Mathias will work with you to understand your style and energy. He will provide a visual mood board with ideas, references, and locations to align the artistic vision.
- The Session: The session lasts approximately 2 hours and is conducted in a relaxed, fluid manner.
- Delivery: You will receive a minimum of 10–15 unique images, hand-selected and edited in Mathias’s signature style, within a maximum of 10 working days.
General Terms of Service
Payment: The service is paid in two installments: 50% at the time of booking (deposit) and the remaining 50% after the session is completed.
Delivery Format: Final images are delivered digitally via a secure link (WeTransfer or online gallery).
Artistic Selection: The photographer reserves the right to select the final images that best represent the creative outcome of the session.
Weather Conditions: In the event of rain or adverse weather, the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to the photographer’s availability.
Attendance: You are welcome to bring a friend, partner, or family member if it makes you feel more comfortable during the experience.
Usage Rights & Intellectual Property
Personal Use: The images delivered are for personal use only (social media, personal printing, etc.).
Commercial Use: Any use of the images for commercial or branding purposes must be negotiated separately, as rates may vary based on the type of usage.
Social Media: When sharing the images on social platforms, we kindly ask that you credit the author by tagging @mathias.explores.
Portfolio: Unless otherwise agreed, the photographer may use the images from the session as part of his professional portfolio.
Exchanges and Returns (Machico Store)
Regarding the physical product (Armona Shirt) included in this pack, the standard Machico Store "Exchanges and Returns" policy applies (15 working days for returns of unused/unopened items). However, once the photography booking deposit has been paid to Mathias Fernandes, that portion of the pack becomes non-refundable according to the photographer's terms.
Data Protection
Your contact information provided during the purchase will be treated confidentially and shared with Mathias Fernandes solely for the purpose of coordinating your photography session, in accordance with the GDPR.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, text, graphics, logos and product designs, is the property of Machico Store or its partners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Machico Store is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—this website or its products. We are not responsible for third-party errors or delays beyond our control, including shipping providers and customs authorities.
7. External Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience, but Machico Store is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or terms of service.
8. Changes to Terms
