1. General Information
Machico Store is an independent brand offering products inspired by nature, adventure and mindful living. All items are designed with attention to detail, long-lasting quality and a conscious, seasonless approach.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen settings or manual production, slight variations may occur. Machico Store reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Collab Products combine Machico’s aesthetic with the craftsmanship of partners who share our quality and inspiration. Information, delivery, and warranty are the sole responsibility of the partner.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice. We accept secure payment methods made available at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Lifestyle Partners
Each partner has its own Terms and Conditions, as depicted below. Please read Machico Terms and Conditions for information regarding products made by Machico.
Except if mentioned otherwise, you will always receive your Collab products directly from the providers.
**Important:**
Machico Store is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, customs processing, natural events, air/ground transportation delays or carrier disruptions.
a. STUDIO BRADFORD
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions (within 14 days without giving any reasons).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must bear the regular return shipping costs.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a non-standard delivery choice). Repayment will occur within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or evidence of return. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping prices vary according to order value and destination:
- Europe: €7.50 (under €120) | €12.90 (€120–€180) | €17.90 (over €180).
- World: €15.90 (under €120) | €25.90 (€120–€180) | €28.90 (over €180).

Introduction
Alexandre Santana is a shaper and designer crafting surfboards with soul, technique, and respect for nature. Every shape is the result of observation and manual craftsmanship, creating a direct connection between the surfer and the ocean.
Product & Sustainability
We produce all types of boards—shortboards, fishes, funboards, and longboards—with a focus on performance and fluidity. We integrate eco-friendly materials, including plant-based blanks and low-impact resins, to ensure high performance with environmental consciousness.
Please note: All boards included in this Machico Collab are Shortboards. For other surfboard models or custom shapes, please contact Machico at talk.to.us@machicostore.com.
Custom Orders & Right of Withdrawal
As these surfboards are highly personalized, custom-made goods tailored to the specific stylistic and technical requirements of the buyer, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply once the production process has commenced.
The estimated time of execution and delivery is 30 days.
Process & Contact
This collaboration combines Machico’s spirit with Alexandre's technical expertise. To initiate a custom project, the customer must first select and purchase their desired pack. After the purchase is complete, please contact Machico at talk.to.us@machicostore.com to provide details regarding the desired project and to discuss the special conditions that apply.

All content on this site, including images, text, graphics, logos and product designs, is the property of Machico Store or its partners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Machico Store is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—this website or its products. We are not responsible for third-party errors or delays beyond our control, including shipping providers and customs authorities.
